The Mokena Park District offers Social Ballroom Dancing for ages 18 and older beginning Friday for five sessions at The Oaks Recreation and Fitness Center, 10847 LaPorte Road, Mokena. Beginning Level 1 meets from 7 to 7:55 p.m. Beginning Level 11 meets from 8 to 8:55 p.m. and Advanced meets from 9 to 9:55 p.m. Fee is $74 per couple for residents and $79 per couple for nonresidents. • The 2008-09 Big Band Tea Dance season begins from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunda at the Alamo Ballroom, 820 N.
